ValueWave ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the HabitFlow mobile application ("App").

We do NOT collect any personal data. HabitFlow is designed with privacy in mind and does not require user registration, account creation, or any form of personal identification.

We do NOT collect or track usage data. All your habit tracking data, including:

• Habit names and descriptions
• Check-in records and dates
• Streak information
• Statistics and analytics
• App settings and preferences

are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

2. How We Store Your Data

2.1 Local Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using:

• SQLite Database: For habit records and check-in history
• Shared Preferences: For app settings and configurations

2.2 Backup and Export

HabitFlow provides optional manual backup and export features:

• You can export your data as a JSON file
• Backup files are saved to your device's local storage or a location of your choice
• We do NOT have access to your backup files
• You maintain full control over your backup data

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google AdMob

HabitFlow displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information to provide personalized ads. This includes:

• Device information (device type, OS version)
• Ad interaction data
• Approximate location (based on IP address)
• Advertising ID

3.2 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Usage: Only when you set up reminders for your habits

• Purpose: To save and restore backup files
• Usage: Only when you manually initiate backup or restore operations
• Control: Permission requested only when needed

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data is stored locally on your device with standard Android/iOS security measures
• No data is transmitted over the internet to our servers
• Your device's built-in security features protect your data
• We recommend using device encryption and screen lock for additional security

6. Children's Privacy

HabitFlow is suitable for users of all ages (rated Everyone 3+). Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Parents and guardians can feel confident that their children's privacy is protected while using HabitFlow.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

7.1 Data Retention

Your data remains on your device for as long as:

• You keep the app installed
• You do not manually delete your data through the app

7.2 Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Using the "Clear All Data" option in the app settings
• Uninstalling the app (this removes all locally stored data)
• Clearing app data through your device settings

8. International Data Transfers

Since HabitFlow does not collect or transmit any personal data, there are no international data transfers. All your data stays on your device, regardless of your location.

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: You can access all your data at any time through the app
• Export: You can export your data as JSON files
• Delete: You can delete individual habits or all data
• Modify: You can edit your habits and records at any time
• Portability: Exported data can be transferred to other devices or apps

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Notify users through the app (for material changes)
• Post the new policy on this page

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

HabitFlow may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as help documentation or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information.

Since we do not collect or store user data on our servers, the risk of a data breach from our side is minimal. Your data security depends on your device's security. We recommend:

• Keeping your device OS updated
• Using strong device passwords or biometric locks
• Being cautious about backup file sharing
• Only downloading the app from official app stores

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, since HabitFlow does not collect personal information, these rights do not apply. We do not sell or share personal information because we do not collect it.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect personal data:
